In effect:

- Repeated unacceptable behavior will result in removal from the mailing list.
+ Repeated unacceptable behavior will result in removal from the mailing list
+ and revocation of rights to update rt.perl.org.

The operating principle here is that removal due to unacceptable behavior is
made regardless of how much value a person may otherwise present. Productive
geniuses who deride everyone else are not welcome.
